Dear Francewhoa,

thank you for reaching out to us. However, the BitShares Blockchain Foundation
does not maintain any social media accounts for itself or the BitShares Blockchain
other than @bitshares.fdn on the Steem blockchain.

Also, your links mostly have "bitshares" written wrongly which leads me to believe
this is a phishing attempt known to the entire crypto currency space already.

Kind regards
 -- BitShares Blockchain Foundation

Hi BitShares enthusiasts :)

Do you know who is the contact person to flag a suspicious event related to BitShares? During the last 8 hours a large amount of people received not requested solicitations. Which feels like spam. They claiming to be from BitShares. And using Bitshares alleged Facebook page.

Did BitShares sent this message? If not, BitShares Facebook account might have been hacked or spoofed. And a spammer or black hat hacker is presently sending that message to numerous Facebook accounts.

This is the suspicious message I received allegedly from BitShares at https://www.facebook.com/officialbtshares/posts/187033188766504

List of other people who received the same message at https://www.facebook.com/pg/officialbtshares/posts/?ref=page_internal
Using this page above, search for the keyword:
Code: [Select]
5000
Text copy of the message below. I could send a screenshot if easier.
