USD OMO Fund again abused

Although I hope that OMO can be restarted, I think this operation is wrong and I hope someone can give a reasonable explanation.

Somebody used the USD OMO Fund without permission to create debt and buy BTS between april 14 and april 21.
The USD OMO fund has been yesterday again been margin called because of to high debt.
Margin hasn't been eaten.
CR of OMO fund is currently 1.85

I would recommend to switch control of that account to other committee members of both OMO funds since these funds have been now abused again in a way where no consensus existed.
