It could be used for any motion or resolution relevant to MemoryCoin. Lets say the block size needs to be changed or someone wants to change the manifesto or some other technical matter where there are a range of views . . A vote would be a good way to handle it.

Can anyone tell me what beyond voting for the leaders of the community (which is huge btw), could potentially be voted on with the MemoryCoin Protocol?
