linda-alpha transfer 100000.00000 BTS to mer-bts-1

As I've understood, xt.com is a centralized exchange, it has a BiYong (an alternative client application of Telegram) plugin as its deposit/withdrawal (and maybe trading?) interface, so that people can deposit/withdraw (and maybe trading?) with a chatting application.
The tutorial is incomplete. It seems to be explaining how to deposit to an exchange, but no info about how to withdraw, or how to trade. I don't understand what the "transfer" feature in the tutorial is.
I didn't find how to trade inside the BiYong app with the XT exchange plugin. I did find the web-based trading interface at
https://www.xt.com/trade/bts_usdt . I don't know how to login with a Telegram or BiYong account though.
The market making bot on xt.com seems busy. There seems to be some volume, although I'm not sure if the volume is real.
As of writing,
* the deposit account "mer-bts-1" has 407,535.66426 BTS and 8,823.9681 CNY, no activity (aka no new deposit) in January 2020 except one from Linda;
* the withdrawal account "mer-btssend-1" has 7,780.22709 BTS and 8,137.9544 CNY, only a few withdrawals since October 2019.
There aren't many records in the accounts' transaction histories. It seems the exchange listed or tested BTS deposit/withdrawal in July or August of 2019, but not many people have used it.
In regards to marketing activities, in the "@BitSharesDEXcn" Telegram channel, it seems that someone was sending "red pockets" (some kind of airdrop) recently and some people saying "thanks", once a day, for about 10 days. I guess the sender was sending gifts in groups that "enabled group trading" every day. Except that, no other chatting activity (could be some but removed by the anti-spam bots).
Don't know if there would be reports describing how the 100,000 BTS would be airdropped or distributed.
Don't know how to evaluate one of the goals in the worker proposal "Attract more than 5,000 new bts holders."
I hope we'll see more info and improvements.
Worse case, we paid 100,000 BTS to attract some eyeballs.
