除去bitshares core库，其它用社区资金开发的库应当采用一些特殊的协议以预防一些杀猪盘之类的链滥用与不花成本的伤害本链。

bitshares-fc应该采用的特殊协议吧

fc 里，我们自己写的代码是 MIT 协议；从别的地方拿过来的代码（对的，有很多代码）则遵守原代码的协议。
（以前库里还有部分代码是用了GNU的GPL协议的，后来不用了，否则整个fc库按理只能用GPL协议的）
