Hey everyone,

I've been a long-time fan of decentralized platforms like BitShares—love the self-custody and freedom it offers. But as DeFi continues to grow, I also find myself occasionally using centralized exchanges for certain things like derivatives or higher-liquidity trades.

Recently, I started exploring some CEX platforms that are still trying to serve the crypto-native crowd while offering smoother UX.  For those curious, the CEX I mentioned is [BYDFi](https://www.bydfi.com)which I came across while looking for alternatives with fast execution and no withdrawal delays. It doesn’t require heavy KYC for smaller amounts, which I found quite reasonable.

That said, I still keep most of my assets in cold wallets or DEXs like BitShares—just using CEXs as a tool, not a vault.

Curious to know—how do you all manage the balance between DEXs and CEXs? Do you use them side-by-side, or completely lean one way?
