Hey - I would, however withdrawing was one of the main problems from yesterday, want to make sure it's working well before I reopen. Sorry for the delay, should be soon enough.

soooo if this is gonna be down for a while, would it be asking too much to allow withdraws?

You received your withdrawal from the exchange and was confirmed.

Not sure how someone accessed your wallet and withdrew the same amount?

You should post in technical forum at Bitcointalk to see if they can explain?

Would say your exchange has a big security hole

As put in the chat - the withdrawal hit his personal address, and then stayed there for over 13 hours, before a new transaction cleared out his address. There's no way I could have taken that, and I'm sorry it's gone, but there's nothing I can do once you successfully withdraw.

(17:39) Silfax: I didn't take them, there's no way I could have. I have to stop arguing with you now
(17:39) Silfax: I'm sorry they are gone, I don't know why they are
(17:39) Silfax: but it was out of my control as soon as your withdraw got confirmations

All I know is that I have been using that encrypted standard bitcoin wallet making transactions since 8/4/13 without a single issue.

last night I sold 500 PTS @ 0.007 and transferred 3.88029999 to my wallet

now today that exact 3.88029999 has gone missing from my wallet leaving the remaining balance untouched.

Sounds too much to be a coincidence :(

Exchange owners attitude - tough shit

why would the remaining balance be untouched and the exact amount i withdrew from the exchange go back out?

client is the standard bitcoin client with 12 character password.

Remaining balance is still untouched
