so bter hasn't sent it?

Or they haven't given you the proper transaction ID

okay thanks guys. ill shoot them an email

EDIT: update on this, bter started working on the problem promptly and the transaction was in my account by late last night. all good.

Neither shows up in the blockchain as a valid transaction ID.

sent myself 2616 BTSX from Bter about twenty minutes ago and it hasn't shown up yet.

did a wallet_rescan_blockchain

restarted the client a couple times.

starting to be concerned.

any ideas?

The transaction IDs reported by BTER don't look like our transaction IDs...

if you have enabled delegate production on your wallet you must first disable it before rescaning...

wallet_delegate_set_block production ALL false

wallet_rescan_blockchain

wallet_delegate_set_block production ALL true

delegate production was disabled when I ran it

How can you tell if delegate production is enabled on an account? (I have more than one account)

wallet_close
wallet_open  <your wallet name>
wallet_rescan_blockchain
wallet_close
wallet_open  <your wallet name>
wallet_unlock 9999999
wallet_delegate_set_block production ALL true   (you can type the command even if the cli is counting blocks and you can't see what you are typing)
get_info

maybe some steps are not necessary but it works for me....
