Did you check blockchain height? Go console and type in "get_info" then check "blockchain_head_block_age". I had a same problem and it was a syncing issue.

I have sent you another 1 btsx, but I'm not sure that I understand your problem.

If your wallet is not syncing, try closing it and re-launching. If that doesn't work you may have to uninstall and then reinstall.
