I was able to sync after i updated to the latest client v0.4.21

I was able to receive your btsx and was able to register.

As soon as I am able to transfer my btsx from the exchange I will return the btsx ;-)

Is your wallet synced? (look in the lower right corner and see if it says "blocks are synced"
