It is recommended to cancel all open short orders before upgrading. All open short orders will automatically cancel on block 820200. After upgrading, shorting will be disabled until block 820200.

- Required upgrade by block 640000
- Blockchain database will re-index on upgrade
- Cover positions will get automatically called after 1 month starting from block 640000 onwards
- Many market engine fixes
- Fix bug in wallet_regenerate_keys that prevented recovering market payouts using an old wallet backup

RC1 users are still required to upgrade. Blockchain database will re-index again on upgrade.
