I think if BTSX want to grow fast and let more people know, it is necessary to ask exchange to enable BTSX/Altcoin.
So what would you like to trade.

PTS, LTC, Nxt, DOGE, DACs from PTS, XRP, Stellar, maidsafe, storj, Node, PPC , BC, NEM

I agree.  And they should be equal but there's a good possibility one or the other could have a premium.  BTC might trade for more because it's 'real' but bitBTC could trade for more because of it's improvements (anonymous, faster, backed by collateral, etc).  Another reason I posted the former is because the latter can already be done in BTSX.

IMO if we're looking for growth then we should follow volume.  For that reason, my suggestions would be (in order of importance):

BTC/BTSX
BTC/bitUSD
BTC/bitCNY
LTC/BTSX
LTC/bitUSD
LTC/bitCNY
LTC/bitBTC

I also like the suggestion for bitCNY>CNY because it provides liquidity in the bitAsset market and will help further enforce market peg.
Trading 2.0 alts is fun and all but there's no money in it and I don't know about you guys but...

Also how about some basic Forex type trades? BitUSD vs BitCNY?
