Take a closer look at your transaction history .. what I can read from the transactions is that the asset_id is 0 .. which indicates you've sent BTSX instead of bitUSD .. please check that

 - you do have an outgoing transaction with X bitUSD to bter?

I see the transactions as outgoings but the amounts are not deducted from my balance.

 - you see that tx in your history (can you give us the txid pls)

 - you still own the X bitUSD in your wallet

Yes

 - bter claims to not see them

I have not contacted them since I see my full balance on X. Should I?

 - you did set the memo correctly?

Yes

I have rescaned the whole blockchain and after a couple of hours of waiting...nothing...It appears that my bitusd cannot be transferred from my wallet...I have tried to make another transfer, the transaction was broadcasted but nothing...any ideas?

Offline Riverhead

Try wallet_rescan_blockchain 300000 200000 this will scan the blockchain from the 300,000th block onward so it isn't as slow.

yes i can see the transaction with no "pending" anywhere and yes i can see a block number. Does this mean I have to contact BTER? or wait another 24 hours?

If it is a BTER issue why I still see the funds on my wallet in BitsharesX and I can't make any other bitusd transfer even if I have sufficient funds? It looks like a problem with the wallet to me...

when you go to console and type
wallet_account_transaction_history
is your transaction listed there without PENDING on the most-left side?

If your transaction was included in a block (blocknumber on the most left-side) then it's an issue with the exchange.

the blockchain itself NEVER losses any funds

I don't think that it has anything to do with BTER, since the bitusd appear in my BitsharesX wallet balance.

This is something that has to do with BitsharesX wallet

Offline GaltReport

You may want to message freeworm.  He has helped with a lot of bter deposit/withdraw issues.

can you check that your transaction is 'pending'?

how do I do that? It doesn't show anywhere as pending but the bitusd are still on my wallet. The transaction was done yesterday and still hasn't processed.

you need (currently) some BTSX to pay the transaction fees ... later versions will allow you to pay transaction fees in bitUSD too

I do have BTSX left so that shouldn't be the problem

I am pretty sure that at some point it will be cleared but the fact that it hasn't gone though for a day and i get an error message that i don't have sufficient funds to make another bitusd transfer is apparently a bug or something that devs should look at it...

can you check that your transaction is 'pending'? If so you might have to wait 48hours or so until the wallet realized it didn't go through (no idaa why thought)

further, you need (currently) some BTSX to pay the transaction fees ... later versions will allow you to pay transaction fees in bitUSD too
