[ANN] Forum donation will be open when we reach 1000 active users

We need something to inspire us. 

I will provide a draft of the payout plan. As always, it will be open for discussion.

Edit：

A "Donation" tab will be added to the main menu right after the "Search"  tab. The page will contain the PTS address for the donation and brief introduction to the forum. The private key of the PTS address will be kept by three administrators of the site. There will be NO "Donator" or "VIP Donator" title given to the donators like what other forum is doing. This will affect the income significantly, but the point is to encouraging users to use keyhotee ID for their reputation instead of a group title in the forum. 50% of the PTS received will be kept for forum development, the other 50% will be paid to Mods.

Forum Development Fund for:

• Domain, hosting, SSL cost
• Bounties for specific need for forum construction
• Type I [Giveaway] for any user with more than 20 posts, inspiring people participating in the community discussion
• Type II [Giveaway] with higher reward for any user makes effort promoting the BitShares related projects in their blogs, other forums, translating articles, etc

Moderators Compensation Plan Rule:

• 50% of the donation will be paid to forum mods in monthly basis
• Global mod and Board mod will be paid equally
• You must sign up to participate the plan, otherwise opt-out by default
• To participate, you must change the signature to the forum donation page. If you are doing escrow or providing other service, you can send your personal PTS address via PM, or leave it in the posts instead of in the signature.
• Admins reserve the right to decide if any mod is not eligible for the payment in a certain period

Help Needed:

• Script to send multiple payments in one transaction, also keeping the remaining balance in the original address (Windows QT). After the tx,  the "received amount " observed from the blockchain will not increase.
