I noticed this is a new asset created this week, would it be possible to have some info in English to explain what it's about?

It's created to encourage voting, for example, delegates can use it as gift in return to their supporters, or dividends. However, more details need to be discuused to make it work. At least, creating assets will increase the income of delegates at current stage.

I noticed this is a new asset created this week, would it be possible to have some info in English to explain what it's about?

I am doing  feedback to standby delegates using FUND (the new asset) to encourage those standby delegates (including me) continue to maintain the standby delegates . I think that's important because if there are more standby delegates the system will be more steady .
