I decided to use 90% of profit for Korean crypto community (both in here and www.ddengle.com) as the first and only delegate of KeyID

I've set up my delegate: delegate1-cyrano with pay rate 1%.

Linux packages available at http://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3Ap_conrad%3Abts&package=KeyID (CentOS 7, Fedora-20, openSUSE >= 12.3). CLI only ATM, gui currently fails to compile.

@toast: please set version tag on the keyid-gui + qt_wallet submodules too. That would make it easier to create reproducible builds.

Delegate ihashfury up and running, will transfer to vps tomorrow. Hope my home network will produce a few blocks!

Code: [Select]
wallet_account_set_approval ihashfury true
Can we set-up sub accounts on KeyID? - ie. delegate.ihashfury

No, the '.' is a reserved character.

Cool thanks  8)

Can I import my BitShareX wallet backup to claim my AGS generated DNS and account name?

This would save me having to import private keys from several BTC and PTS wallets that donated to AGS.

Are DNS keys deterministic like in BitSharesX? I'm assuming so since it's using the same toolkit but just want to be sure so I can plan my backup strategy.

Don't make assumptions

Does this mean , "No"? ???

Also, I was wondering about registering a KeyID for each member of my family. Would this slow down the client significantly (say, four IDs) like in BitSharesX? I'm assuming so since it's using the same toolkit but just want to be sure so I can plan my backup strategy ID registering strategy. :P :P :P

No problem!  But I really want to know what's wrong with my wallet import. and is there any guide to do that.

Did you try to dump private keys from your qt wallet?

The command you're looking for is wallet_import_bitcoin.

wallet_import_bitcoin /home/user/.bitcoin/wallet.dat "Everyone loves Fishes!" xman

wallet_import_bitcoin <wallet_filename> <passphrase> <account_name>
Imports a Bitcoin Core or BitShares PTS wallet

Parameters:
wallet_filename (filename, required): the Bitcoin/PTS wallet file path
passphrase (passphrase, required): the imported wallet's password
account_name (account_name, required): the account to receive the contents of the wallet

Thank you!

Many thanks!

I tried but the program says "unknown account". I can't figure out what the problem is yet... Sorry

No problem!  But I really want to know what's wrong with my wallet import. and is there any guide to do that.

Sorry, I solved it.
My operation was wrong, I wanted to import BTC wallet from file menu, it was wrong. but it should be done when you create an account and then import btc wallet.
