I took your advice and installed v 4.20 and now it's "Not Connected" and doesn't seem to be doing anything.  Any advice now?

Try this:

1) Open Windows Explorer. Go to %appdata%\BitShares X
2) Backup your wallet folder by making a folder copy to another location
3) Delete everything EXCEPT your wallet
4) Launch the wallet app. You will see 'Not Connected'.  Wait for about 10 to 30mins and it will start to sync.

-Upgrade to the newest version-0.4.20

-Give it a time to rescan, preferably with as littleas possible other stuff running.

*Those are instructions for windows, but should work fine enough for anything else....

Hello all.  I am somewhat new to this and a few days ago my BitSharesX wallet started giving me problems.  The Transaction Scanning Progress is always 0%, and also the last block synced is at over 12 days ago and rising with time.  When I click on Block explorer, it shows a bunch of missing blocks.  My correct balance still shows in my account, but the issues concern me...

I am in need of assistance for a beginner, what do I do?  I appreciate any help that any of you can provide!
