I took a look and didn't find anything related to that issue in the forum (sorry if it has already been addressed), but I went to freekeyid.com, identified myself using google and then entered my account key with the desired username.

I received the message: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND

What does it mean and what should I do from there?

That's a backend issue ... not your fault .. seems like the faucet cannot reach the keyid client to send the funds ..

very unfortunate .. give the devs some time to fix it
