you have to approve your delegate (that has the slate you published), then you will vote as delegates recommend

  • accounts own a list of approved delegates
  • delegates can pubilsh their account's list of approved delegates as a slate
  • anyone that approves a delegate with a published slate and has "as my delegates recommend" will vote for the slate
