Probably a good idea to give one more person access to support tip funds, barwizi is a good candidate. I can just share key for the same address.

Counting up who has done support for how long each day is not going to be scalable, let's try to move towards a system where money is split between a list of reliable staff who get paid consistently and bounties on particularly tough theads

Agreed.   I am giving you a 300 pts per month budget manage salary vs tips how ever gets the job done.

What is the status on tips being paid?   If toast is too busy to check in daily and pay tips then perhaps I can delegate the task to barwizi or split it 50/50?  Any other volunteers to participate in tipping those that support customers?

hey, guys:

* Who else has hosted seed nodes?
* You guys can start PMing me if some issues are unresolved for a long time and/or growing in importance so I can put bounties on them (should be at ~41.5 if bytemaster catches us up for the time I was gone)

My apologies - no payouts because I was AFK most of the day. I will also have low availability over the next 2 days (traveling, interviews).
I promise to catch up before next week. Extra juicy payouts for those that keep up support in the meantime.

Thank you, toast. I would like to tip 1 PTS to @Amazon, I have noticed that he answered a lot of questions all over the forum. The rest are reserved for other active members in Chinese subforum. The number of members there is booming.

(I haven't been tipping dan/stan, should I?)

In my opinion you should be tipping Dan/Stan

Haha, they absolutely deserve it, but tipping your boss is weird...

I don't view myself as a boss, but more of a team coordinator and leader.  My job is to allocate Angel Shares funds and it can get politically challenging to allocate any to myself.  So if I delegate funds for tipping and you feel I have earned it then that will be my personal reward.  Otherwise, I am effectively doing everything for less than I earned at my prior job.  So tips are appreciated.
