Exchange currently takes 4.985% of my withdrawals, no matter if donation is ticked or not.
This is an issue from the beginning, but donation rate is not constant. Transaction size doesn't matter.

One test transaction: (from fiddler)

I think it started when I actually ticked the donation checkbox during one withdrawal about a week ago...

Could someone from Coingrounds help me?  I just created an account and tried to desposit .1 BTC into the account.  I sent the deposit to 1AR68LPSbHCYP14cgJrTKdzrbmuYoPSprP.  My account login is davincisolari at gmail.com.  I think that I may have requested a new address before I sent the fund.  Thank you for looking into this.
Thank you!!!

https://www.coingrounds.com/orders_pts is still definitely up! We've got the best volume+support combination out there so far.

Haven't had any issues with it thusfar (though my orders have been pretty tiny) keep up the great work :)

Why?

Traded 9 pts for bitcoin, took a little while but came through ok?

Please provide more info, tx info, rates, etc.
I'm sorry, maybe I wrong but it's look like pure SCAM!!!

Has anyone noticed there's an extra, hidden fee when making PTS withdrawals?
