scammer accusation has been made http://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=1032.0

Some one needs to be accountable for the loss.

Okay everyone, thanks for bearing with us.

We have resolved our internal issue, and the exchange will be moving back to Coingrounds in the very near future.

Thanks for your support of the exchange and of me, we've got a great community here! :)

more details: https://www.bit-u.com/news

Please note: when moving back to coingrounds, I will be joining with two other people in management of the site, so if you wish to withdraw under the current scenario, please do so before 12pm (noon) EST tomorrow, the 21st.

I've been trading there for days, transfers in and out are processed immediately, silfax is responsive and helpful.

This doesn't prove or disprove the allegations,  but now that they have been made I wish the accuser would handle the situation privately and stop spamming them.

I made several withdrawals, largest one was 1000+ pts, didn't have issue.

To be safe, it's always better to limit your risk by keeping smaller balance and making more frequent transfers though.
Can back this up - no issues for me. Questions handled promptly. Lots PTS transferred out without a problem.

I trade on there regularly, no issues  what so ever.

And judging by  the chat at the site, there are no issues.

Be careful everybody. Silfax stole the code and wallet information from both his partners. You cannot trust him - he transferred everything to a new domain and is currently being served legal documents. Deposit at your own risk

I am sure someone will be interested in reviewing this :-)

Hey everyone, the exchange has moved to https://www.bit-u.com

Here is a PGP signed message from me to the same effect: http://pastebin.com/W3LcvmJ8

My partners who were working on the actual coingrounds project (see www.coingrounds.com) demanded excessive rights and fees to the project, which didn't make sense to me, so it was better to part ways.

Due to issues beyond my control, the exchange is down for the moment, updates to come.
