When we trust the person making the recommendations as much as we trust xeroc, I think this slate can be very useful. Thank you.

xeroc

I just removed the those delegates that do not publish feeds (at all) and added a 'negative recommendation' (which cannot be part of the slate, technically)

I'd recommend maybe checking feeds from delegates for a few days before banishing them from your list hah, just in case some delegates might be good but happen to have their script fail that particular day.
When you run blockchain_get_feeds_from_delegate delegate.xeroc you get all feeds published .. EVER .. including timestamp. So at the very beginning I can completely kill all delegates from the list that do not have at least one feed ... can't tell you yet who those are .. gonna build a script tomorrow. Maybe do some statistics too .. let's see how easy this can go

Quote
Also on your slate can you actively downvote delegates as well?  Might be good to help get non productive delegates out of the top 101 faster.
Hm .. very good question ... and honestly, I don't know for sure .. the whole slate, voting process is still a little unclear to me .. but I remember BM talking about it in one of the hangouts that was recorded .. so I might need to relisten to it again ..

Thanks for putting this slate together (and including me on it), I'll have to start looking into creating my own as well.
I think 'slates' are an awesome idea .. it help establish a web of trust and maybe I can figure some more things out and build some animation about this too .. seems to be a new project to learn a new coding language .. yet again ;)

!I will soon start kicking out delegates that do not publish price feeds!
I think that's fair, seems to me that every delegate should at least have USD BTC and CNY feeds at the very minimum but it looks like almost half are still missing.  Most should have the other feeds as well considering how easy alt's script has made it.

I'd recommend maybe checking feeds from delegates for a few days before banishing them from your list hah, just in case some delegates might be good but happen to have their script fail that particular day.

I need to put together my own slate too. I've already voted for you so do I automatically inherit your slate? If you change your slate do I inherit those changes on my next "Vote All" transaction?
I am not a 100% percent sure about old transaction .. but new transactions also vote for the delegates in that list .. (if you  approved mine)

The slate is a great idea as new users haven't a clue who's who but may get to know one or two names on the forum.
*agreed*
