i think the best way is using latest qt5, not from ubuntu/mint repos

Awesome :)
I'll try the links.

Did someone get this to build under linux?
I don't have any other way to use this...
yes, whats your problem? i manage to compile and run with arch linux.

Can you list the dependencies?
Did you use cmake at all?

afaik 'git' 'boost' 'gcc' 'cmake' 'make' 'openssl', please note name may different on other distro

I have all of these and I installed cmake 2.8.11+ from source, didn't you need QT5 libs for it?
I can't find the right ones...

Thanks

What will be the total number of Bitshares?

400W = 200W(for PTS holders) + 200W(for AGS holders)

Sorry, what does the W notation stand for?

I'm really confused...

No more solo mining for Protoshares, unless you have some magic to actually build the pool code.
No mining for Bitshares, this is oing to lock out a lot of the crypto crowd.
What will be the total number of Bitshares?
How are AGS different from PTS, aside from that AGS are centrally issued?     <--- This is the most important question.

Thanks

I used this command to recover my lost pub/pri keys:
Code: [Select]
python ~/Desktop/pywallet/pywallet.py --recover --recov_device=tmp/wallet.1387632779.bak  --recov_size 2Mo --recov_outputdir=. --otherversion=56
  614
And I got output like this:
Code: [Select]
Importing key   92/101:

But I noticed all addresses start with "1" instead of "P" as seen in my protoshares client. Does anyone know how I can right this?

try to use the --otherversion=56 flag before the other ones

xxd is used for performing a hex dump of the wallet files
if we can see public keys in there, then we know there are probably private keys too

try using :

Code: [Select]
xxd wallet.xxxxxx.bak wallet.hex
and see if it shows any public keys in that text

Well, this doesn't look good, maybe try a file recovery program like testdisk?
