That's very good!

Actually, I'm conceiving something similar recently.
Here's my points,

1. Everyone can issue new rules just like transactions.

2. The new rules would be validated by the node who would generate the next block such as a delegate.

3. People vote on the rules proposed.

4. The rules with votes exceeding a some threshold would be voted by all the delegate to determing wheter to accept the rules.

5. The rules accpeted would be the new rules added to the original rule logic of the DAC

6. All the nodes in the DAC should compute based on the refreshed rules.

Any comment is welcomed.

This thread will be open for 7 days 1 Month.  On Monday, 6 JUN 14, I will compile all the DACs proposed and will put them to a vote.  We will speak to the DAC proposals with byteMaster and the DAC that wins 1st position will receive a free advertisement in the Mumble Server until the beginning of the next round

If the DAC does not have a Dev, it will only be given a small portion of time (10 minutes) in the Saturday Dev Hangout w/ Bytemaster.

Please give the names of the alternative DACs below and a one sentence description of the proposed tech.
6 Jun is not Monday, do your mean 16 Jun?

About the coin & chips  in the DACs

There are signs that many DAC developers intent to create new coins in their DAC systems.
I don't think it's good for the BitSahares ecosystem.

If every DAC has it's own coin, it becomes another "altcoin factory" and scattered the whole value of the BitShares ecosystem. It's not good for attracting  external capital.
It will be more healthy if these DACs use bitUSD, bitCNY or something has "consensus value" as their chips to minimize the kinds of currency. Thus the whole values of the DACs ecosystem will be drived up.
Of cause, all these based on the bitshares X.

Maybe it exist better solution for this problem.
Shouldn't DACs have their own DAC-shares to do fund raising, or the coins you mentioned don't mean DAC-shares?

I guess I'll just start putting things up as issue on github for anyone to do. There should be a lot more once we get people testing with an alpha client
Thanks. Hope that would be helpful.

There are many "learning tasks" we could assign. If you are interested I will make github issues specifically for you
I am really interested. But I'm a little confused, you mean you will assign specific learning task to me or something else?

If I want to develop a new DAC.
Is there any guide or suggest?
Thanks!

BitShares toolkit is under rapid development, we are putting together tutorials and examples.
It sounds good. How soon will the tutorials and examples be released?  I'm eager.
