Can we get md5 or SHA checksum for all releases in the future? I'm guessing the downloadable file from bitshares-x.info is compiled differently? Doesn't match the release on github's hash? only trying 32bit.

Thanks for the updates, a couple questions, does this mean every DAC will require a new wallet? 

And I get it's like a dividend but if DAC's become more substantial, could it be forseeable that PTS will be worth less and less in time? Or are DAC's always considered a branch off of PTS main "stake".  thanks.

Not to sound noobish but every post about solo mining on bitshares is strongly recommended against, yet there's new PTS blocks found every 5-10 min. or so according to coinplorer... Yet 1GH and Beeeeer both haven't found blocks in ages. hours at a time it seems. are people solo mining the hell outta this and not letting on?? or is Ypool just having the craziest luck streak ever?  or is there a pool I need to know about.??

On 28.2 4 million bitshares are given away to PTS and AGS holders.
2 million bitshares are given to people (like you) who own PTS. At that moment a little over 1.5 million PTS exist. So for every PTS you'll get about 1.3 BTS(bit shares).

So the snapshot is a list of people who will get bitshares.
Your PTS is NOT transformed to BTS
PTS= PTS+BTS

Selling is your choice, exchanges like bter, will still accept PTS.
If you want to sell you have to wait till march 1 0.00 (01.00 German time), don't take it out of your wallet before or you don't get BTS.
PTS will likely drop a bit in price, but when a New DAC is about to be released the price will go up again.

I think they will drop because a Lott of people think PTS will only give BTS.

So is it better just to withhold your PTS in your wallet or donate them to the proportional split? Any info would be great, very new to PTS and Bitshares. Thanks!
