It raises some interesting questions and seems to suggest that branding within ideologically driven crowd cultures has a great deal of merit within the social media landscape of the current era.
I'm curious how folks think the ideas presented here might be applied to creating narratives within certain 'crowd cultures' to the benefit of BitShares.

Was trying to install bitshares-light_2.15.289_amd64.deb and here's what the Ubuntu Package Manager said:

With or without our delegates, we will release video before the pitchfork.
Our other projects are currently on hold, but meetups will continue.
When you feel we have delivered on our promise, we would be honored
to finish in the top 101 and/or resume under the new ‘worker’ model.

Technical Support / robohash discrepancies

I'm having disagreement between my wallet, bitsharesblocks, and the robohash.org website...
Some robohashes in my wallet are different than they used to be, and some are the same.
Many disagree with the robohash.org website altogether. I'm running this wallet on v0.5.3
What gives?

General Discussion / Community: Risk vs Reward / Fear vs Love

Dear Community,
Everyone needs to ask themselves what is the potential risk versus reward to voting in several willing and able media-savvy marketing delegates, and enable them to contribute to their fullest extent ASAP.
In my estimation we stand to lose much more through inaction at this point in time.
We’ve gone beyond tolerating risk, and along with a good many in this community, we have embraced it. Now we’re looking for shareholders to join us and give us the chance.
If you worry about the negligible equity dilution of a promising delegate in the face of all the upside potential exposure and fail to take action, you are essentially ‘cutting off your nose to spite your face.’
Help our community creatives put the ‘wind in the sails’ of outreach and adoption efforts. There is a highly talented crew here already taking action, and ready for more.
What are you afraid of?
Let’s build a movement!

I'm wondering if anyone has assembled together various useful resources for meetup organizers to make effective introductions and presentations of BTSX.
If anyone has gotten folks together for a meetup, what worked, what didn't?
I'm interested in reaching people both in and outside the cryptosphere, but who are receptive to investing in such a world changing enterprise.
I would like to work with anyone inspired to help develop a good solid strategic outreach, presentation, support materials, follow ups, etc.
