Failing to deposit Peerplays to both Openledger and Livecoin.net.

memo was filled.
the transaction was out.  balance was deducted.
but after a long time , the fund still not be deposited.

on the deposit page of live coin , it says :
You must send PPY to the specified account with NOT encrypted Memo. Your PPY deposit will be confirmed after 10 confirmations from the Peerplays network.

I don't know if this is related to the issue.
I sent the PPY via Linux version Peerplays core.

An experiment to ...................................

say the market price is 0.0380 CNY/BTS .

Someone know they would come into 1 million BTS in 1 month .  (workers/or vest in balance)

But they're afraid that the price gonna be dropped lower .

So ....I would offer a 20% off price ,  I give him money now , and he would give  me BTS 1 month later .

Thoughts ?

If there will not be a new low , then BTS will rise .  if the rise can go up as high as a certain pressure , it will go higher .

If there is a new low , then BTS will crash .

triangle theory . 

So dilution does matter a great deal at this point . because it will amplified by the triangle and start a chain reaction . 

How many developers uses the FC library ?

Why it seems there has been few effort to promote this tool ?

Is it good ? Is it bad ? Is it usable outside of this small circle ?


Is it one of the reasons that few developers have join the core development simply because they don't want to pay opportunity cost to learn a library that can only be used in a small project ?

According to the notification from BTS official members , BTS will be upgraded to BTS2.0 at 9AM(EST),13th,October , which is also 9PM(Bejing),13th,October .
By then the old BTS network should stop producing blocks . In order to secure funds for the users , BTC38 will stop BTS/BitCNY deposit and withdraw 4 hours prior to the snapshot time (5AM EST or 5PM Beijing at 13th ), and will resume deposit and withdraw for BTS and BitCNY only after the successful upgrade to BTS2.0 and statement from BTS official members that BTS2.0 will be running smoothly by then . During this whole period , trading on exchange should remain normal since no withdraw and deposit should be allowed .

What's going to happen on the assets after upgrading to 2.0 ?
According to the upgrade notification , assets in BTS and BTS2.0 should be a 1:1 snapshot , so it will not affect user's assets .

How can ordinary users upgrade to BTS2.0 ?
For non-exchange users , please upgrade your wallet to the newest vesion 0.9.3c and export your wallet in that version . After the release of BTS 2.0 , you can complete the process by importing the backup file . You can also deposit your BTS to BTC38 before we stop accepting deposit from BTS1.0 and skip all the additional effort .

After talking to few people , here is what I've learnt .

Tradebts was the first 1:1 gateway for BitCNY who provides exactly 1:1 exchange service . Namely if you have 1 BitCNY , they give you 1 CNY with only 0.2% service fee .  And vise versa . Because of their service , BTC38 was able to accept BitCNY deposit and credit people with CNY balance .

The business was unsustainable from the start if considering the economical elements . (even with the delegate pay , which can't help much due to the rapid drop of BTS price )

1、With low fee , they can't generate profit that make sense . But if they try to raise the fee to even 0.5% , people will not use the service as they've publicly stated . (They said : The peg means 1:1 ratio , it must be 1:1 , otherwise it's no better than Visa or Master card , Why would I use that ? ) .

2、As a 1:1 gateway , they must hold a huge amount of BTS in order to run . ------- Short to themselves , etc , etc , operations needed in a single trend market , such as too many BitCNY , not enough BitCNY when there was constant need for covering shorts....  -------  That alone suffers great risk and lost in fiat value . 

3、With the low liquidity in BTS , it's just too hard to maintain a 1:1 peg to fiat money with large amount of BitCNY because in the end it's backed by the liquidity .

4、While the fiat money is limited , the need for converting BitCNY to fiat never stops , maybe because people can "short to themselves with zero risks"  , and they can use the BitCNY generated by themselves in exchange for fiat money , exactly like a loan . Sooner or later , fiat money will run out .

Under various circumstances , the service have to stop .

It doesn't take a genius to figure out the business is in the red all these time even with the delegate pay . But they've agreed that the delegate need to be voted down .
