这个问题已经被反复来回撸了N次，按固定BTS给技术员工资时：
1、BTS价格下跌，技术员：我一家老小养不活了，撤退。
2、BTS价格上涨，BTS投资者：这些技术员干一点点活，每天那么高工资，太不公平，撤退。

引入ETH/BITCNY和小蚁股/BITCNY交易对的想法不错。
机器人可以创建个UIA，就像积分一样，根据交易量或者次数给一定积分，在市场上挂UIA/BTS交易对让注册人自己兑换。

« on: November 05, 2015, 12:54:31 am »Lots of you have gone into Bitcoin to take advantage of its recent rally. So when you want to go back to trading BTS, why are you still using Poloniex's ledger and paying them fees, when you could support the blockchain instead?
Poloniex has the highest volume of exchanges for bts. It provides liquidity for bts where no other exchanges can match at the moment. It is the FASTEST exchange to switch over from bts1 to bts2 during bts2 launch (despite the numerous bugs and fixes needed for a new chain). It makes it easy for new users to buy some bts and get into our ecosystem. The support from Poloniex has been tremendous to say the least. And now we want to dump Poloniex? This cannot be. The bitshares community that I know of is a loyal bunch of people.
Agree, if we always fight again the exchanges, there will no exchanges list bts, then die.

« on: September 25, 2015, 03:34:55 am »是的内盘用的规则是按你说的价格成交,不是最优价格成交(当然我比较讨厌这个规则).卖的也0.005成交, 买的人同样也0.009成交, 中间的差值作为系统的利润?
所以比如当前有5万0.005的卖单,有人用0.009的价格买了1万BTS,成交记录里看到的就是0.009成交了1万.但这1万是与0.005卖单成交的,所以比如你有0.006的卖单就不会成交.
