ein online wallet will ich nicht verwenden
aber ich war grad auf bitshares openledger info
und da kann ich all die hilfe seiten ansehen
denkst du es liegt am firefox ?

wie ich es verstanden habe
ist bitshares 2.0 light so wie electron

nur die blockchain ist am server
der rest liegt bei mir am rechner
stimmt das ?

a java script error ocured in the main process

ich habe eine screeshot gemacht weiss aber nicht wie ich den hier einfügen kann

und wo kann ich festlegen welchen browser das wallet verwendet

hallo ich hab nun das neue 2.0 light wallet

migration ging fast ohne probleme aber wenn ich das wallet nun öffne
und mal alles ausprobiere crashed es

ich bekomme immer nur eine leere weisse seite oder eine java error message

gibt es da einen weg das zu beheben?

ausserdem finde ich nur einen meiner namen
ich habe zwar auf dem zweiten nur 0,5 bts und der name ist nicht registriert aber ich hätte gerne verstanden warum das so ist.

kann mir jemand helfen ? danke

most of the features do work
but
if i go to help and try the links i get always a blank window
and the java error
the wallet frezes and i have to close it and restart

is there a way to fix that ?

Use IMPORT KEYS instead of import backup

last time I checked there was no "IMPORT KEYS" tab only "Import Backup" or "import from bitshares 0.9.3c". If I click the latter it is prompt for a password.

If I go settings and then wallet I see "restore wallet" or "new wallet"

I haven't yet figured out where to go... :(
i clicked "import from bitshares 0.9.3c" then i was asked for my password the one you have in the 0.9.3c

then it worked fine
i followed the steps

hello

a vew days ago i migrated to bitshares 2.0 light

all worked fine
but now it stucks

it opens
then it shows application initialization issus

it shows conected
but there it stucks
what can i do ?

did you create the json file with the consol comand?
wallet_export_keys C:\user\youtfolder\wallet-export.json
you have to create a folder


when i created the json i had a few little dificulties
in the consol i had ok
but in the folder the json was not to see
i used search function on windows
put .json in
then i copied and past it in the folder i wanted it to be and it showed
i helped a friend to migrate and he found it with
\wallet-export.json in the search

i hope that helps

hello
today i installed the new bitshares light 2.0

what i did
after installing i opened it

existing acount
put my name in
imported the file where i have the json


it showed all correct

then pressed claim balances

and got a error message

then i tried again and wow all my bts are now in my new light wallet

thank you for such a good job

( i was not sure if its ok to post it here but tought others like me would like to hear its real easy to migrat if i can do it every one can  :D)

what would you sugest to use on a laptop
with 4 gb ram
240 space
and a 2ghz prozesor?
the light one ?
and does that have all the features the full one has ?

When I try the console it acts like its creating the folder but then nothing shows up anywhere on my computer. Windows 10 64....

When I use the drop down command in the top left corner under file, i get a .JSON file but when I import it I get that error.

Thats the problem then.. you need to do the CLI command.

When you do it make sure you give the FULL path.. something like

wallet_export_keys c:\backup\myprecious.json

Try it again this way.

i had the same
but found the file then with
explorer search
go to start
search
put .json in and there you should see your files
 

i created a .json file myself and i had created a folder where it should be but the file was always empty
then i searched ( one nice guy in the forum told me how to search) and there it was i copied and pasted it to the created folder and then it showed

i checked the page of bitshares
and saw the countdown is over
but no where on the bitshares page do i find a download link
could one of you help ?
and does anyone already have installed it ?
