Looks like ypool is still finding most blocks. They found 145 in last 24h, we found 6-7? Their hashpower is ~7M cpm, how much is ours?

« on: January 13, 2014, 01:32:41 pm »I´m running 2 Gpu´s HD7950 & HD 7870 made +-1Pts in 24H calculater indicated 0.6pts, after paying for eletricity i estimate about 8€ profit, but the issue is that seems this is much about luck if we keep finding blocks and the price keeps holding, then yes it´s profitable, but if we run out off luck or the price drops then there goes the profitability, then again this applys to all altcoins..
Then I must be doing something wrong , because your 7950+7870 is getting more PTS than my 2 x 280x. And I think I can't get more than 2000-2200 cpm with my setup.

How many PTS did you get in 24h? Rig setup?

« on: January 13, 2014, 11:48:50 am »Um, did you see the part on the pts calc where it says work in progress, not accurate etc? Memory coin has it's own issues(controversy with leadership, exchange problems, plummeting value)
I have been mining here MMC for one week and PTS for the last 36 hours. Account balances match with both calculators.
There has been huge profit on MMC gpu mining, but not at the moment.
Mining PTS is not very profitable at all.

I just did some calculations on MMC and PTS mining with a R9 280x:
MMC: http://agran.net/memorycoin2_calc.html => 20 hpm = 0.0065 BTC/day
PTS: http://mrx.im/pts.php => 1000 cpm = 0.0062 BTC/day
Pretty bad

2 x r9 280X mining for ~24 hours @ 1060 cpm each. Balance is 0.5 PTS or 0.008 BTC or 7$.
I will give this 24 hours more, but doesn´t look very promising.
