Wait sorry I'm slightly confused by this fee - so the bitcny contract is really a loan of 0.95% of a bitcny rather than 1 bitcny? Surely that can't be correct - I'm quite new to this and by the website my understanding is that these smartcoins are collateralized loans where each smartcoin long position gives you the right to settle at the feed price for each unit (which is what guarantees the long position is worth at least 1 CNY)?

the only legitimate source is the information you get in your wallet/blockchain. everything else can be outdated or false.

two questions:

1. did you run your ICO on BTS or do you use BitShares with your token?
2. did you sharedrop on bitshares stakeholders?

It does set 70%, however, for some reason, cryptofresh shows different data. You can see the actual 70% (represented as 7,000) in the account-create operation on chain:

I do intent to add more tracking features there too, for now all those that bts.eu uses are there too. Some may not yet be presented like ip adresses of users for privacy concerns. Maybe we will add a map for the onboarded users thru that account specifically

registered an account yesterday (via test wallet) and it showed as 65% in the wallet. perhaps there is a bug?
