Why should I trade on your exchange instead of trading on other big cryptocurrency exchange? ???

Fiat will require regulatory clearances. Using BitCNY, BitEUR, BitUSD etc will allow you to have pseudo fiat markets.

Btc38 uses an external site to convert BitCNY to CNY and back at 1:1, maybe you can check that out.

Please keep the USD/CNY/EURO gateway on the radar, i think a lot of potential and interest exists there.

We created our post here after the devs reached out to us via email. Their suggestion was we could offer to become a delegate to help cover the costs of our development. We wanted to see if there was interest and see if the possibility was feasible while we researched the project.
