Limits for No-name cards
Level 1. Without any verification users may make POS payments or ATM withdrawals for 250 EUR (300 USD). For this level commissions & fees are according to No-name Limited.
Level 2. With verification passed and card form completed, lifetime turnover will be limited to 2500 EUR (2500 USD) with ATM withdrawals overall amount up to 1000 EUR (1300 USD).

Quasi-cache transactions are not allowed and not guaranteed. This type of transactions is often used by gambling companies, casinos, etc.
