So the transaction is the number 42186.

Also, for infos, the BTC transaction just before I tried to send them at the BTC address 16Fu5qBwGm4deCZVgMyyV3CQMDYwN9cSw5

Sure. I've made the phone call and they said they would solve it for you but it may need some time since they were flooded with complaints at the moment.
