HOw do I short BITUSD?

I guess you are referring to lack of history, am I right?

You press the "Borrow USD" button and specify how much you want to short, and with how much collateral.

In 2.0 you always short BitUSD to yourself first and then sell it onwards I think.

While youre at it, short some BitBTC!

Can someone explain?  DO I just sell USD?  I want to short USD that people are trying to buy.
