That is an interesting question. I am not a computer simulation. Bitshares is the way of the future. I am surprised it is so unknown. To prove I am human, here is my youtube channel, feel free to subscribe https://youtube.com/channel/UCqpnljJu7IKTEp45P_ftVTg

Greetings.

Bitshares, a decentralized asset exchange platform.

Who created Bitshares?

Bitshares was created by several people, the most significant being Dan Larimer, the creator of EOS. Bitshares was first announced in October, 2013.

Why is bitshares significant?

Bitshares is a decentralized exchange running directly on the bitshares blockchain. It is interfaced with several websites to facilitate trading. This decentralized approach allows bitshares exchanges to have censorship resistant qualities.

For example, cryptobridge now requires ID, and does not allow US citizens. However, using the bitshares core wallet, you can trade bitshares assets, and send bitshares to other accounts. Regardless of cryptobridge's backward policies.

The only thing required is called a gateway. This is a centralized server, or domain name, they issue user assets backed by the deposited crypto. This service requires trusting the gateway, however, anyone can make a gateway, it is merely a matter of how it is accomplished. This means even if the gateways are locked down, bitshares will still be decentralized and provide trading on its blockchain.

In 2015, bitshares was the number 5 coin.
