I have contacted stan via his email with my original pts address and my name now shows up in the btsx wallet, but there are no funds.

It shows me as a 'standby delegate' but with zero btsx

I have attempted to import my keyhotee private key to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

Might help: http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/BitShares_X_Solutions#How_to_import_Keyhotee_IDs

I was able to import my keyhoteeID/founders name through method 1. Thanks for the help!

---
Method 1

Download latest nightly Keyhotee build from http://bitshares.org/resources/downloads/
Go to your account in contacts and click the new 'export private key' button
Use this command in BTSX and paste the private key:

   wallet_import_private_key <private_key>

The xx account is new account, and isn't an founder id.

Finally, I fixed this issue.

My steps:

1. Re-install BTSX client.
2. Then, import keyhotee  founder id private key
Code: [Select]
wallet_import_private_key private_key2. Then, import xxx account btsx private key
3. Finally, import my PTS/BTC wallet.

Thanks to your reply. :)

I used this command
Code: [Select]
wallet_import_private_key key xxx
The key is my founder id private key and the xxx account is fresh.

My question, how to unbind the founder id private key from xxx account.

Help me!

what is a 'fresh' founder id?

skip the xxx
the import command will automatically find the 'registered account name' from your keyhotee registration ... IF you name is part of the genesis block

you CANNOT unbind the account name from the private key .. they are bound together indefinitly

Keyhotee ID users is not a founder right?

That's right. To be a Keyhotee Founder you had to have donated to the development fund last year and requested your Founder's id

I forgot if have done that, but in the forum i got this Keyhotee id title. so am i a founder or not? still kinda confused.

thanks

I don't see kikky on the list of Founder's id. I guess you did not donate and request a Founder's id, just downloaded Keyhotee client and picked that id.

But go into your PTS and BTS wallets and double check to see if you sent 10PTS or the equivalant BTS.

I tried importing my private key from Keyhotee it gave me an error, now I am worried that my last pubic key I submitted didn't get used. How do I check this?

This is the genesis block, either you pubkey is in there or its name did not went conform with the nameing rules of btsx

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/BitShares/bitshares_toolkit/master/libraries/blockchain/genesis.json

I can see my name in the directory. It's brian.

does the public key match?

you can use the latest keyhotee and export your privatekey (somehow - IDK) and try that one

Might help: http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/BitShares_X_Solutions#How_to_import_Keyhotee_IDs

It looks like the last pubic key I submitted didn't get used. So I may be out...
