is there a guide anywhere on how to setup a node as a delegate?  I wanted set one up, but can't find much documentation in the forum about it.  I would assume it is here, but having a hard time finding it.  Is there a resource anywhere?

Basically I wanted to set one up to run and see how everything worked from that end. Among some of the information that I was looking for are things like specs on equipment, recommended specs, etc.
