I appreciate you checking it, and I understand you're busy, but I keep getting told "I was answered"

I've had 3 "answers"

3 days after "Your request is being forwarded to tech the tech department"  not an answer
13 days after no words, just a screenshot that didn't show anything, but was marked as resolved.
17 days after, "you are being forwarded to technical support" basically the first response from 14 days earlier.

I understand that like every exchange you guys are slammed. I wouldn't be as upset if I didn't get my ticket "resolved" with 0 resolution or explanation aside from a screenshot. Along with I saw people with tickets in the 3700-3900s saying they had resolutions. Though I can't say if those problems resolved themselves or tech support did.

Openledger / 17 days. Will my ticket ever be answered?

Ticket 3193. I just want my 17k doge that was sent to my account. I got one "solution" of a screenshot, showing my account definitely did not contain 17k doge, and that was it. No comment, no reason why. What I've tried forums, telegram, tickets. Like what is needed for this??

Sigh, still nothing. Got a response saying they were forwarding my stuff to the tech department :/ sigh

I agree there. The sad thing is, I hate decentralized exchanges, and actually found openledger (well bitshares) pretty easy to use, and pretty well designed. Hopefully their support will impress me.

I agree, I don't think they are stealing my money or anything. However, I've probably used 10+ exchanges (including yobit ugh) and I've never had a single deposit/withdraw issue. Now the very first deposit i make here messes up, It doesn't speak well for the design of it.

I deposited about 17k doge to my account from cryptopia right when I made it. Blockchain received it but never sent. I went to double check my address, but the open.doge showed i needed to create one, so it wouldn't show anything. I decided to test sending 30 doge from my bittrex to the same address, and it arrived right away. SO i have no idea what's going on. Opened a support ticket, and might just be getting my stuff off asap.

Yeah this makes me very wary about using them. I put in a ticket as well.

Weird thing is, I wanted to test the address, sent like 30 doge from bittrex and it worked right away. So 100% i have the right one, but my large transfer is just stuck in limbo still.

Unil then, hopefully doge price rises.

Openledger / Anything I have to do to get my deposit?

So I sent some doge from cryptopia to my openledger doge address. I  Have liek 70 confirmations and "not yet redeemed." Also, I went to tripple check the wallet address I sent it to, and my doge just says for me to "please get a new address" like I don't currently have one. Is it possible something happened with the old address?

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this or is it up to support?
