this is either some next level trolling or some serious autism in place.

You're being a little nostalgic there aren't you? "Logocentric" statements are what Nietzsche obsoleted with his "anti-metaphysics" and honestly the truthfulness and certainty contained within apodeictic propositions is ideally zero, in the Platonic sense (which is wrong). If that were not true quantum's virtual simultaneous states could not potentially exist <=== it is those pre-sensual possibilities, beyond and absolutely unknowable to epistemic horizons, yogis "yoke" to causally affect material reality -- the domain of Kantian "noumenon" and the spiritual home to the soul, "God" and immortality.

So nice try, fav!

One generally doesn't like to toot one's horn. However, there are always exceptions to the rule. Yeah, I'm the real deal. So there you go!

I shall start taking action against both Dan and Stan sometime in the new year unless I hear from them soon. It's that simple for me. Right now I feel they have let down a lot of people. They have the means to help and appear to be totally uninterested. So be it.

I am Aletheia from Taobums. You can read about my abilities here -

https://www.thedaobums.com/topic/43744-first-attempt-at-healing/

I never touched her leg during the healing and it was witnessed by 5 other people. Literally the leg transformed before our eyes, all the pain left her body too. It was only later that I realised everyone that had witnessed the healing was in complete shock and it took many months before any of them would start to admit the healing actually happened. Before that they all refused to talk about it!

This is how an authentic healing looks irl in case it's not obvious from the above forum post  -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLPahLakP_Q

People with similar abilities -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdYM0vNufwc

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjhvVwnCwDo

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wM2a7AddGgQ

The paranormal techniques I use come from Chinese Alchemy,

Here's a video of Dr Xin, one of China's "super psychics" sending out his energy into packed stadia. Forward the videos to see what happens to the people in the crowd -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sM_XI54INwI&list=PLERHEfg3WjJPEBeM7ZWzTzTxjW953ukuQ

There's a chapter about him in this book -

https://www.amazon.com/Chinas-Super-Psychics-Paul-Dong/dp/1569247153

He healed both presidents Bush Sr and Bill Clinton. There are pictures of him them along with quotes from the presidents somewhere on the internet.

PDFs from the official CIA website documenting these kinds of abilities -

https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00792R000300390001-2.pdf

https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00792R000300430003-5.pdf

Right now I have miracle healing abilities, psychokinesis, precognition etc. Qigong masters, such as Dr Xin, can change the molecular structure of water, under scientific conditions, from 1000s of kilometres away. He worked along side China's top scientists; you can look it up for yourself.

Quote
However, the laser Raman spectra of the tap water affected by the external qi showed a huge unknown peak that spanned from 1,000 to 3,000 cm-1. A typical spectrum is shown in Figure 1. The experiments were repeatedly performed ten times, **including four times over ultra long distance (1,900 km)** and given the same results.

http://homepages.ihug.co.nz/~sai/DrYan_qi-wtr.html

What this boils down to is named by Western science as "action at a distance." Being able to affect change on material reality at a distance, acausally.

So I shall be sending energy directly at Dan and Stan unless they put things right. We shall see what occurs either way. I have actually done a distance healing in the past so I do have the ability. Here's an example of someone healing cancer long distance -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ry7qbNIKiLk

Now I have no idea what will happen tbh. Perhaps nothing (because I don't really have it in me to hurt Dan or Stan if I'm really honest!), perhaps they'll suffer psychological disease, physical illness such as cancer, have a car crash or even be healed from an ongoing illness. Like I said I have no idea. I don't really have bad thoughts for them.

Of course I would rather not do anything and really I am not upset and understand Dan and Stan do not really know any better otherwise this would have already been sorted out obviously. Likely they are doing the best they can under the circumstances.

If I am upset it's because Dan has let people down whether he realises it or not. The problem I have is getting a bitshares wallet and redeeming my angelshares and it grates away in the back of my mind whenever I think about it for several years now lol. I just want to get it done and over with one way or another so I can move on. Right now my BTS can only be worth between $10000 and $50000 but what in a few years? So I need to get this sorted out pronto!

Of course I know I could be open to ridicule now. But I can assure you I have never met anyone willing to laugh openly in my face because either they have witnessed what I can do or when I lay it out for them and ask if they'd like to experience these things for themselves they always say no. Those are the only two situations I come across irl. Probably if someone is making these kinds of claims in real life and really pushing to show them to you you might back off too, right?

I would like to redeem my angelshares etc (shouldn't be a big deal as far as I'm concerned just the support is seriously lacking right now) and the same goes for all the other people in the same situation as myself. This is what Dan promised so I await his reply.

If someone could let Stan and Dan know about this thread that would be great. Thanks!

I am following these steps for the cli 0.9.3c wallet -

1. install BitShares 0.9.3
2. create an account in the BitShares 0.9.3 wallet
3. import the wallet.dat file into your account (Import your Bitcoin wallet.dat)

I created an account, but I don't know the command to import the wallet.dat. I tried running wallet_export_keys /home/kat/Downloads/keys.json without importing the file and noticed the json file has this entery -- "account_keys": [] -- which makes me believe the wallet.dat probably needs importing. If I'm correct how do I import the wallet.dat into the cli wallet?

Thanks!

I am asking for Stan or a dev (I'm not personally familiar with the team) to come to this thread and explain their thinking. Like I said perhaps it's not something they have really thought through before because their minds have been elsewhere. Fair enough. However, people are having big problems getting hold of their BTS and I think it needs to be addressed.

Thanks.

Oh look, 4 new users showing up the same day after 4 years of silence with a single message, and one dude making a fuss, calling the devs psychopaths, THE DAY AFTER the 4 aforementioned users wrote their single message. 100% legit.

Yes, this is a common issue. That is kind of my point. The people who invested in this project in good faith years ago are today being completely ignored and generally treated awfully.

That is the wrong way to behave toward the guys who helped make the project what it is today. Generally when someone invests in a project and the project does well the faith and vision from early investors is rewarded. The exact opposite is occurring with this project. That is the wrong attitude.

I am wondering how this can be allowed to happen and why so many people on this forum believe they are justified to act this way?

Can you please look a little bit more like a righteous, not BitShares specific, angry bot? Thanks a lot.

I am not really sure what you are trying to say here.

This thread is about the many people having problems redeeming their shares. Probably the devs are aware of the problem, but perhaps haven't thought through the implications and the real world affects it is having on people.

I don't personally believe it is appropriate for every man and his dog to be taking potshots at me because I happen to be the guy speaking up. This problem is having real impacts on people's lives and I think it needs to be addressed by one of the devs or Stan or whomever.

So rather than forum members attacking me please can someone inform the right people about this thread?

Thanks.

Are the devs inconsiderate psychopaths or something.
I'd suggest you ask *politely*, and be *patient*.

To the devs.

*Please* can you help the people who invested in your project from the beginning. Right now they are losing out while others profit off their backs. The early investors had both the vision to see where your project could lead and faith in the BitShares team. They put their money into your project and I feel right now you are letting some of these people down by not making it easier for them to redeem their shares. I *patiently* await your reply.

Thanks.

and not following your investment for 3-4 years and then wake up and start some drama... guess what. your money, your problem.

Is this the official line from the current dev team? I don't know if your being an admin means you are speaking for the team here or not.

Whatever, I'm sorry you feel I'm making a drama out of nothing because that's not the way I'm seeing things.

The early investors are the people who helped make this project what it is today. It is wrong to now turn around and contemptuously sneer in their faces, acting like they are wasting your precious time when they come asking for help. Do you not see that?

And I want to make this clear for a second time THIS IS NOT A THREAD ABOUT EITHER MONEY OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT. IT'S A QUESTION OF ETHICS.

Your reasoning is very immature and self-centred and honestly makes no sense to me "guess what. your money, your problem." When someone needs help and I'm in a position to help, Guess what? I HELP THEM AND EXPECT NOTHING IN RETURN BECAUSE THE ACT OF HELPING WITH LOVE AND CARE IS THE GREATEST GIFT THERE IS.

This will probably be my last post in this thread because I can't be around people whose thinking is so alien to my nature. It makes communication as good as impossible and just ends up wasting everyone's time. The lonely, cold hearted capitalistic "ethic" seems to have got a grip of your heart and turned you away from real human emotion -- "I'm doing alright and I'll be damned if you expect me to care about anyone else." That is the very definition of a psychopath, or in literal terms sick soul.

Thanks for the concern, Brekyrself. However, this is not an issue that will be resolved by getting at my funds, that issue is at best very much secondary. I am talking about an ethical issue -- simple human decency.

It is wrong to treat people the way the Bitshares team are right now. Never mind the people who put good faith in the BitShares team right from the start are now directly losing out as the project goes from strength to strength, really off their broken backs.

I could not sleep at night if I were in the position the devs are right now. So I'm wondering what exactly is going on here? Are the devs inconsiderate psychopaths or something. What is going on with this project?

Are the developers aware people who invested in this project right from the beginning are being treated like fools right now?

You would not be where you are today without these people. None of you.

Who is responsible for this and what are your plans to make things right?

If no developers post to the forum can someone make them aware of the problem and ask the person in charge to make a comment? How difficult can it be to get one of the devs to make the process of migration to the current wallet a bit easier?

Thanks.

So right now I think I need to get 0.4.24.1 built and running. Then after exporting that wallet I'll have to sort out the mess concerning the 0.9.3c wallet wallet.

That is the plan. Let's see how things pan out...

Thanks!

Found these concerning the build error. I literally have no idea how relevant those links are though -

https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares1-core/issues/1540

https://github.com/cryptonomex/graphene/issues/86

If someone could direct me to where I can get help that would be great!

Maybe I can try running a virtual machine or running a livecd or something?

That's the error.

Does anyone know where I might be able to ask for help geting either the 0.9.3c or 0.4.24.1 wallets to run?

29
...and the wallet crashed.

30
Okay I just noticed that the directory I made was called .Bitshares and the directory the 0.9.3c wallet was using, which it created itself, is called .BitShares. So I'm copying the blockchain over to that other directory to see if I can get it to launch once the copying is complete!
