Hi Julien, I've pinged you on Skype and also PM you. If anyone knows Julien, would you mind letting him know I'm in need of his services?
I've also tried all kinds of techniques. No problem with the fees.
I have both the JSON file exported out successfully from 0.9.3 wallet back in June 2017 as well as the BIN file that I just generated from 2.0.17 today.

I suppose you mean this:

{
          "amount": {
            "amount": "38611393904",
            "asset_id": "1.3.0"
          },
          "extensions": [],
          "fee": {
            "amount": 47737,
            "asset_id": "1.3.0"
          },
          "from": "1.2.90162",
          "memo": {
            "from": "BTS8BbZqGbPVjHkYtswX92QbJwgAKovnwkRddW4Qq3zvyLYWKCD88",
            "message": "aec3266640276c866e87de1a891441c6",
            "nonce": "401396210379214",
            "to": "BTS7N3Y2ozxLvnRk5z2bQXHoTY431aLnizi1KhjcU1CreYtXrZM8C"
          },
          "to": "1.2.444403"
        }

"BTS7N3Y2ozxLvnRk5z2bQXHoTY431aLnizi1KhjcU1CreYtXrZM8C" is the memo key of the recipient. The recipient *account* has ID "1.2.444403", the sending account has ID "1.2.90162".

It seems that the explorer is out of sync. Other explorers show the transaction, e. g. https://bitsharescan.com/account/joeboomofo, and it's also in your account history on https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/account/joeboomofo .

Can someone help me understand.
I used Bitshares desktop app to sent BTS to 'coinegg-main'. It said that is was sent and that is was included in block 40789144. Looking at https://bitshares-explorer.io/#/blocks/40789144 I see the transaction and it was sent to BTS7N3Y2ozxLvnRk5z2bQXHoTY431aLnizi1KhjcU1CreYtXrZM8C

How is the name 'coinegg-main' linked to 'BTS7N3Y2ozxLvnRk5z2bQXHoTY431aLnizi1KhjcU1CreYtXrZM8C'?

When I use the same explorer(bitshares-explorer.io) and search for 'coinegg-main' that transaction does not show but some others do. When I search for 'BTS7N3Y2ozxLvnRk5z2bQXHoTY431aLnizi1KhjcU1CreYtXrZM8C' nothing is found? Where is my disconnect?

My apologies if that is a stupid question but I would really like to find out what happened because Coinegg is is claiming the funds haven't arrived and I need to figure out how to recover my funds. Thank you!

"issue has been solved.. thanks..

Hi everyone, I've been sent some ETH to begin trade on bitshares.org over already in-site generated wallet address, but I still don't see the amount in my account as nearly 24 hours gone.
also I still can trace it on ethplorer.io that can view transaction details. https://ethplorer.io/address/0xa3378d0545c78ccc075e845df87d682ddd21a06b

If this forum is not related with this issue, please let me know where to I should write to.
thanks.

Huge thanks to fluxer555 for recovering my funds from my old protoshares wallet.
we had a skype session for almost 2 hours and he was really patient .
He helped me recover 24k bts coins from my old pts wallet which i used to mine on back in the day.
I trusted him with sending my pts wallet and that trust was not broken.
really appreciate your help.
