For windows, I think this might help with crashes: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/gg487368.aspx#E2Or, in more human language, explained here: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/forum/threadview/2832654624706695152/Would anybody test that and tell us if it has helped?

Both are on 12.8. Third rig with 290 working without any driver crash issues.I tried following on one of rigs with 12.8 drivers:1) Uninstalled all AMD software2) Installed 13.93) Miner worked all right, so I though lets install SDK now (2.9) -------- > Started miner, only to find out that same driver problem.4) Uninstalled SDK 2.9 and did system Rest.5) Started miner again. Its been over 12 minutes and so far miner is working good. Will wait an hour to try same on other rig with 12.8 drivers. Can others try it?In Windows, you don't need SDK actually unless you develop OpenCL apps. Catalyst installs all bits required to run them.

Those of you using the linux GPU miner, do you also have crashes or is it only windows miner?
