The new miners will report your shares, the pool shares, the pool speed, the mature balance, and the total balance as well as your estimated payout.

I will launch the pool, run for 24 hours, stop the pool... move the wallet aside for that round, wait for the blocks to mature.  Then pay everyone.
I will then relaunch the pool and start the process over.   There will be 5 minutes of down time.

Then I will focus on open sourcing my pool code and we can add features to automate it all.... this is a quick hack to make things work for people.
