通过几个月的开发，自平台终于可以发布一个功能性测试链了，那么如何使用呢
下面以创建一个足球比分预测为例说明如何创建预测

1.创建自平台
要创建预测，首先需要注册一个自平台，任何一个账号都可以注册成为自平台
进入账号页面，然后点 创建自平台




进入自平台创建页面




支持语言：       自平台的名称和描述支持任何语言，输入你支持的语言，按标准语言代                          号，常用的是中文：cn，英文:en，中间用冒号隔开.
名称：           自平台名称，不同语言之间用冒号隔开。
手续费池余额：   用户参与你创建的应用时候，你为参与者提供手续费，必须是主资产SLF
提供公共手续费池: 默认
描述：           不同语言之间用冒号隔开。
设置完成后点击确认，就完成自平台的创建。

2.进入你自己创建的自平台
点击自平台，就可以看见你自己创建的自平台，点击进入




或者返回概况，点击自平台下面 你创建的名称进入。


4.创建预测
    以创建足球比分预测为例，进入自平台后，点创建预测





进入创建页面后




支持语言：不同语言之间用冒号隔开.

1. What is Self Plateform?
         Self Plateform is new block-china base on Graphene, everyone can create his owner application using strategy,

         I started  to develop this new chain about six months  ago?

Digest(serialize) results of a translation between GUI(nodejs) and C++ are different if there are  some map/vector/array in operation in this tx.  so it is make a bug like adding Multi-Signature to account  in GUI ,

and I check the serialize of map/vector in C++ is same as in nodejs , but serialize of  array  is diffident.
fix this bug is in plan ?  if it is in plan ,maybe I am not plan to fix this bug   :) :) :)

1.什么是自平台？

 自平台是基于DPOS块链技术开发的一个区块链应用，每个用户将可以在自平台上建立自己的公司股权，游戏/博彩，商店，交易所，期货,等等。

2.相比于现有的石墨烯技术，有什么不同？

现在的自平台测试链是基于石墨烯技术开发的，规划中会不断在底层架构创新， 主要有，闪电交易，缓冲链（挂单/撤单完全免费），基于DPOS的侧链系统。

3.在上层功能开发上有什么特点？

不同于BTS过分纠结于手续费，自平台实行低费用原则，讲更多的精力放在实用功能上，比如资产分红（已经完成，测试链已经部署），股权决策，商店，期货，游戏，等等。

4.是否要IPO？

仅仅写篇白皮书就想来IPO，这绝对不是我的风格，至少三个实用功能开发完成后，才考虑要不要IPO？

5.为什么考虑发新链，而不是在BTS上申请worker？

BTS对于收费太纠结，这和我理念不符，我一次一次建议在低的交易量时候尽量免费，BTS 在代码上为了费率，不惜把代码弄非常复杂，让我很难接受，对于BTS的工资我也不想再说什么。

6.怎么参与测试链？

加入QQ群 区块链-自平台爱好者 424152256，在群里的共享里下载 self.exe安装包轻钱包，在测试链上注册的用户，会得到正式链上的奖励。

I find the root reason of lacking of BTA
all the BTA is created by loan,  it mean all BTAs are debt by collateral,  there no way to create base currency. 
so alway there is lack bta ?
so I suggest that can destroy BTS to create BTA as base currency.
My proposal:
notice all the price is (BTS/BTA)
1.there are two condition LACK or OVERFLOW  respectively describe BTA is lock and overflow.
   1.1  if feed price is higher than sell price of BTS ,it mean BTA is on LACK
   1.2  if feed price is lower than sell price of BTS ,it mean BTA is on OVERFLOW
2.if BTA is on LACK, BTA can been created by destroying BTS  at 0.995* feed price directly , and the max amount BTS that can been created = all sells that price is lower than feed price .
3.there is a pool of destroyed BTS, all destroyed BTS is go to this poll
4. if BTA is on  OVERFLOW , the BTA holder can directly destroy BTA and get BTS from  pool of destroyed BTS  at the price of 1.005 *feed price.

BTS need the real useful operation rather than useless adjustment 
need real useful operation  like
margin trade
dice
.....
but not develop a operation to make people can transfer bts freely
it is simply just reduce the fee if all we think high is banner of attracting new user, it is easy and simple .
I really don`t understand!

通过投票，任何功能（不包含基础功能）都可以被动态的打开或者关闭
好处
1.可以关闭一些不能通过监管的功能，
2.关闭对系统有害的功能，
坏处
可以关闭功能

the function of opening and closing a feature mean stockholder can vote to open or close a feature (eg. transfer/ market/ dice (if have in future))  like change chain parameter
do you think if this function need ? 
the advantage :
1.can try many feature ( like dice  )on chain and don`t worry that the feature if comply with policy. because the feature can been close if policy change .
2.closing the feature with risk to chain
the disadvantage
1.it is a double-edged sword, because  it can close a feature , lol
