目前还没有在UI部分实现，协议层是已经有了，应该很快就会支持 /?r=ebit 的链接了

1. 只有终身会员可以加入引荐计划，通过引荐用户获得奖励。被推荐用户支付的手续费部分比例将奖励给推荐人。

2. 终身会员支付的手续费，80%返回自己账户，也就是所谓的80%返现奖励。效果就是以后各种操作支付的手续费打2折。
