So far we are mostly getting love over there.  This is strange. It is almost as if the cesspool that is the altcoin discussion board has been replaced with a forum full of nice thoughtful people.  What is going on here?  Perhaps just the self moderation threat is enough to keep the trolls out.  Very interesting.

Love how the first post there is a troll post, begging to be deleted. Good on Stan not deleting it. And the responses to it are perfect.

  it's hard on bitcointalk though. half of bts 2.0 thread shows "user being ignored" in my point of view.

  but to be honest ... i'm not using bitcointalk since months ... IMO dead space for cutting edge and visonary tech like BTS is …

For what it's worth, I think the altcoin space is where the best minds and innovation are at today. The bitcoin maximalists and silicon valley types are running around either chained to bitcoin without any context or reason (I guess it's the standard) or are rapidly building business models centralizing or federating technology. They just don't seem to get it.

Great OP on BCT Stan. It'll be interesting to see/read the blindly thrown dagger responses!  I hope everyone here can help chip in and bump it, so it's not seen as throwing meat into the lions den and running away cowardly.  This is a perfect time to stand our ground and catch some eyeballs.
