Is it possible when you make a donation to let them know that this is from BitsharesX in order to get some publicity? In any case this is awesome since the chosen organisation definitely needs money and will make good use of them!

Just like the above author, I wonder if it is possible to make known to the beneficiary that they are getting the donation as part of the Bitsharex community's effort.

How about creating an account fund only for this organization so more delegates can sent a percentage there, and every month the account will send them the funds that represents all
delegates? This account could be controlled from somebody we trust all (like bytemaster) and it would increase the chances to let them integrate bitshares as an officialy donation gate/method because of the signically amount of donations every month... let me know what you think of this or give me ideas how to negotiate with them better...

After thinking very serious about where to send the charity I concluded to http://www.hamogelo.gr/1.2/home
They are making really a great work and it is easier to me to give proof that I donated the funds. They have a paypal account and I will provide the needed screenshots every month that proof my/your donations to their paypal account..I will send the funds via my email: d***********.gr
      I will try to get in contact with Konstantinos Giannopoulos (Κωνσταντίνος Γιαννόπουλος) the president of the organization and try to convince him to accept bitshares directly as well (that would be great so we could attract a new demographic) . Right now 10% of my income will go to them. I would love to consider increasing it to 20% especially if they will accept bitshares as a officially donation method

But because it is my first donation I decided to give all my earnings until now 1650 BTSX = about 40 euros...
I rounded it up and there we are:

Setup automatic restarting to avoid this.

I'm still trying to think of a safe way to do this without having my passphrase in plane text on the delegate server.

Alt's solution keeps it in memory.
You can read it in the beginning of the script (when you first run it) from commandline and keep it into a variable.
In order to obtain it a hacker should be able to read the memory of your server. If he is able to do that then your password shouldn't be your highest priority...

Another solution is to store the script in binary form on the server (the password string should be scrambled and re-created runtime).

That does sound like a bad experience, glad it worked out OK in the end.

I must be a little crazy in the same way as far as missing blocks, even though I never expect to make much money off being a delegate it sucks to know you've let the network down those rounds.
