Selling another 450 BTC?

https://blockchain.info/address/3DPD7z66T7DXULvFZUsc4xNcVS2q68TM3u
It is reasonable to sell at least half of the raised funds. Otherwise you are in the business of speculating on BTC...

yup, i would do same!

i3 lost a lot of their funds due BTC price volatility
Ok, what's done is done. (1000k BTC sell)
But so far they've raised just under 2K BTC.
So selling another 450 BTC is not half of the raised funds.

Very nice, you've got my vote.

Couple of questions though:
PLAY is using your platform for their crowdfunding at the moment.
What's the difference with other IPO's so far, except for being listed on DACX?

Once shares are sold and traded on the BTS platform, how will shareholders be able to withdraw them?
Just by direct sending? Would this make every project crowd funded on DACX a BitShares Asset?

Edit: I guess there is no need to withdraw shares from regular companies.
But how will this work for crypto related projects?

Great app thanks.

Was using Coin Ticker for over a year, but they can't be bothered with updating their feeds and app.

BitShares PTS / Re: To buy or not to buy PTS, that is the question.
« on: January 17, 2015, 07:06:17 pm »
There's no "new consensus", it seems everyone is happily ignoring dan's suggestion to drop on BTS. RPC, sparkle, play, etc

PLAYshares (PLS) allocations: 35 % will go to BTS holders on December 8, 2014 12:00 PM (UTC).

Sparkle had a snapshot on December 14th, 2014 and will honor AGS, PTS, and BTS with 33% each.

....

My bad, I didn't know PLS wasn't doing AGS/PTS. My personal suggestion is to drop on AGS/PTS because that's still a better demographic than BTS at the moment. But I have no control over what 3rd party devs do.

Holding PTS entitled me to get my share from the VOTE/DNS merger. I was entitled to BTS from this merger on december 8, however I didn't receive them yet.
So I won't get PLS?
I don't know where you guys are getting your information but PLS:
35% BTS 10% PTS 10% AGS, and the rest for crowdfunding and development etc...

Will you also be listing DVS?

it will be really hard to explain to the Chinese of a "legitimate theft" is ok on Devshares for which they will pay real money to buy if enlisted .
Will that be any easier to explain to the western folks?
Kind of serious question, no sarcasm intended.

Probably the Bitcoin ETF thing or secondmarkets investment trust thing

I bet on this. Hopefully something like that..

*Bracing for impact.*
It seems that Adam guy and Charles are on other sides. Adam said watch ok coin, which has some big dumps at the moment. And Charles says to go long

All working fine here to windows 8.

Forgot that the fork hadn't kicked in yet and tried to import the vesting balances.
Got this error:

Quote
10 assert_exception: Assert Exception
eval_state._current_state->get_head_block_num() >= DVS_V0_5_0_FORK_BLOCK_NUM

Not sure if this is a problem, but should the DVS be in this line?

Should people sell BTS to buy bitUSD until the bloodbath ends?

Exactly. We can only "guess" what *may *happen to the price. Nobody knows for sure. This is why short term trading is gambling unless you are a professional. It is much better to pick a long term investment and just hold for 2-3 years instead of day trading as a newbie.

I don`t know the detail regular of BID and ask.
but I `d to say some as macroscopic view .
we cannot protect short so much. short should have risk. this risk restrict people short too many BTA . so it can limit the total supply of BTA . if bitusd is over supply,I think the price cannot peg.

I agree with you. But the problem is I can't buy enough bitUSD or bitCNY to cover my short order in wallet market, I even tried to short some bitUSD, but it is automatically filled by other people which is my mistake not awaring of the existed BTS sell order though. But I really don't know what to do if I had awared. Thanks alt, he helped me to add collateral. But when 30 days deadline reached and there is still no bitUSD at then price I will let it expire I guess.

What will happen when this expire thing happens if there is no enough BTS buy/short order then? thanks everyone for a clarification on this question.

It will put in a BTS buy order, at the feed price

You mean not enough people want to buy BitUSD right now?

I wouldn't halt the market. If it can't stay operational in a situation like this how can we ever sell it in the future.

 +5%

This would be the last thing we need right now, if we stop the markets BTS will go down, and we will be in bigger trouble.

BTS is outperforming BTC at the moment.
BTC seems to be over dumped at the 900 CNY level. (Time will tell)
I think we should see a reversal pretty soon.
