So let me get this straight - transaction fees will be destroyed, so what is the incentive to process transactions and who is doing that now in this system?

Perhaps it would be a good idea to show a day-to-day and month-to-month % change.   I don't think I would really appreciate very minor changes in my holdings relative to the entire user-base, but if the interface pointed out the specific change whether good or bad would be valuable.

So what is the first DAC we should expect to see this in?  I'm ready for some of these ideas to make their way into a PTS derived DAC :)

Anybody working on this?

Will Keyhotee support Protoshares?  I notice it is missing from the list although Litecoin is there.

General Discussion / Re: PTS price has surpassed LTC price on BTC38

PTS is totally different from other cryptocurrency, its not suprising to me to see it running away.  Bitcoin is really "expensive" by the estimation of most observers, so these other "cryptos" are just as good since they're so undervalued compared to Bitcoin.  Litecoin has long been called the silver to Bitcoins gold so the analogy makes sense and the upward price pushes them all up as a rising tide lifts all boats.

The market is as frothy as i've ever seen it, this is money spilling from bitcoin into everything around it.  PTS is not around Bitcoin, PTS is new and unique and frankly hasn't had the best public entrance so it doesnt have good hype  surrounding it except to the core believers.  Once Invictus delivers something expect a whole new ballgame, until then it's just another altcoin nobody owns.

General Discussion / Re: Solomon, DAC

I like the idea of an automated arbitration system that essentially presents the thing that needs a decision to a random % of the holders of SolomonShares.  The more specialized your need for arbitration, the more expensive it is.  The cheapest service would be a summary judgement with 1% of the network polled and it's a random 1%.

A reputation system could be enacted to determine which arbiters are "better".  What does better even mean?  Maybe it means % voting with the majority decision

I dont think an official timeline has been released, but per Invictus-innovations.com the genesis block of the Keyhotee ID blockchain will launch at the start of 2013.  I don't know if there are formal release dates since the products are still pretty early in development.

Looks like on Cryptsy if you are willing to wait a little while you're able to buy at below .01/ea - That would be my suggestions.

Most of the protoshares billionaires I know have put away their shares until the first release, the ones who are actively playing the game are doing so at retail markets like Cryptsy.  You can tell by looking at the buy/sell boards that even early and unstable exchanges have crowded out the forum market.

If you can get it cheaper it's a better deal.  You asked how many people would sell, not what the best price on the market is.

Protoshares get you other cryptocurrencies with new and innovative features from Invictus in a few months, all your Bitcoin is good for is as money.  What can I use your Bitcoins for besides as money?   That's why my price is higher than the market, the market just doesn't get it yet but it's something new so it takes time.

General Discussion / Re: unSystem & Invictus Innovations
« on: November 25, 2013, 10:06:29 pm »
The team developing it is meeting in Milan.

I can personally vouch for more than half the people involved with the Dark Wallet project, Amir Taaki is not good at playing politics and the development team think he is dangerous because of that.  He is a brilliant developer and is leading a very passionate team who are trying to solve a tough problem.  It is actually the same problem Invictus is trying to solve also.

You can believe what you want, but if my opinion means anything this is a project that will improve the ecosystem run by people who are not PC but very committed to decentralization and better tools for users to take their privacy back.

Value drives price, price doesn't drive value.  Today's price factors in all risks / rewards.

Todays price factors in all risk reward as they are understood by the market participants making decisions based on their personal factoring.  I would argue that means that unlike a normal cryptocurrency, the market is only as informed as you (the company doing the backing) make it.  You can control information, hide bad news, promote good news that will probably have an inordinately large impact on the price of the currency because the entire value depends on Invictus honoring the social contract.

So yes, and no.  When you put your entire corporate R&D, workflow etc. on Trello then the price will be informed by the fundamentals but so long as the only way the community gets data is via an official conduit (Bytemaster or Stan), you're the chokepoint for information on the future value of the currency.
